Our Mobile Units

Our mobile units are equipped with the best technology for welding steel, aluminum and other metals onsite. We know that the quality of our work depends entirely on the safety of each procedure. We give our staff extensive training on the best practices for a safe work space. Since we understand each welding process very well, we know which security precautions need to be observed in particular instances. Here is a list of safety equipment included in each one of our units:

Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

One of the most common industrial welding processes because of its versatility and speed, MIG creates an arc between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece metal, causing it to melt.

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

TIG is precise and clean welding procedure we frequently use onsite. There are no sparks nor flux, which makes it ideal for small jobs and indoor applications. It is mostly used on stainless steel and aluminum. It can prove to be extremely effective, as the weld can be much smaller while providing the same strength and penetration.

Arc Welding

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

Great for outdoor environments. It works well even when there’s wind or rain. It has specialized electrodes for hardening, high-strength, stainless, mixed, cast iron and other metal alloys. We have all types of rods based on the kind of work that needs to be done.
